Equity Release

Mortgage Advice in Ormskirk

I am a fully qualified and experienced Equity Release Mortgage Adviser based in Ormskirk. My network, New Leaf Distribution, is a proud member of the Equity Release Council – the UK’s governing body for equity release. This means you can trust that the advice I provide meets the highest industry standards.

I offer face-to-face advice in the comfort of your own home, at our Ormskirk-based office, or remotely via telephone or video call — whichever suits you best.

As an independent adviser, I am not tied to any single provider. I offer a complimentary initial meeting to discuss your circumstances, understand your goals, and assess whether equity release is the right option for you.

There are two types of equity release: Lifetime Mortgages and Home Reversion Plans. Lifetime Mortgages are by far the most common. They allow you to retain full ownership of your home and give you the flexibility to make repayments if you wish.

A fee will apply for advice on equity release mortgages. The exact amount will depend on your personal circumstances, but it will never exceed £999.

Important Information
Equity release may involve a lifetime mortgage, which is secured against your property, or a home reversion plan, which involves selling all or part of your home at a discounted price. To fully understand the features and risks, please request a personalised illustration.
With a lifetime mortgage, you will continue to own your home.
