Honest fees – and fee free where possible.
I try to keep my costs to a minimum and fee free for most cases. I don’t know why some mortgage brokers are so cagey about their fees and have them hidden away.
I don’t normally charge a fee for mortgage advice, but there may be a fee that will be proportional to the amount of additional work that is involved with your specific circumstances.
Here are my fees and if there are any fees I will let you know about them before submitting any applications and beginning my research.
